Why Are Returns and Exchanges Not Accepted?

    Most of our products are tailored specifically to your order. Designs are produced based on the exact specifications you provide (size, color, print type, etc.), making each item unique to you. As such, these products cannot be resold or reused.

  2. Hygiene and Safety Reasons
    Transfer printing products and personalized materials are not suitable for resale due to hygiene and safety concerns. Once the product has been delivered, it cannot be reused by another customer.

  3. Quality Assurance
    Every product is carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipment. We maintain detailed records throughout the production process to ensure the quality of the items delivered to you.


What to Consider Before Placing an Order

  • Design Approval: Ensure that the designs you upload are accurate and complete.
  • Size and Specifications: Double-check the size and technical details provided in the order form.
  • File Format: Make sure to upload files in a print-ready format. High-resolution files with the correct color mode are recommended for the best results.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

In the rare event of a production or delivery error, please follow these steps:

  1. Inspect Upon Delivery
    Inspect your package carefully upon delivery. If you notice any damage or discrepancies, ask the courier to document it and contact us immediately.

  2. Report the Issue

  3. Evaluation Process
    Once your claim is reviewed, and a production or delivery error is confirmed, we will provide you with a resolution. Please note that this policy only covers production errors and does not apply to design errors or customer mistakes.

Orders can only be canceled before production starts. Once production has begun, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
