Build Your DTF Gang Sheet

Care

Before Pressing

  • Store sheets flat or loosely rolled, print-side out, in a cool, dry place away from heat or sunlight.
  • Handle by the edges to avoid oils, lint, or moisture.
  • Pre-press your garment for 2-5 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.

Pressing Instructions (General Guidance)

Your results depend on your press, garment, and technique. Please test first.

  • Heavy pressure @ 320°F
  • First press: 8–10 seconds
  • Peel fast and in one motion, immediately after pressing (hot peel).
  • Second press: 2–5 seconds using Teflon or butcher paper for durability.

Tip: When cutting out designs, leave extra film on the side you’re peeling from — this makes lifting much easier.

After Application (Garment Care)

  • Wait 24 hours before washing.
  • Wash inside out, cold water, no bleach or softeners.
  • Hang dry for best longevity; tumble dry low if needed.
  • Do not dry clean.
  • Do not iron directly on the print — use parchment if ironing the garment.

High heat (especially in dryers) can cause premature cracking or peeling, so follow washing and drying instructions carefully.
